Bok Choi is simply one of the best vegetables to use in a stir fry. It is very nutrient dense, according to wikipedia.
For a good stir fry, cook your veggies on high heat for a short time (a couple minutes or so) so that the veggies stay firm and crunchy, and don’t steam or boil (Video explanation on the recipes page).
Comes in a bunch of 3 medium-sized bok choi, or 2 if they are slightly larger.
On sale because they are slightly bug-holey. But taste is unaffected.
