Cheslee’s frozen pestos are a delicious way to get fresh herb flavor and medicine, preserved for winter feasting. Made with garlic scapes, olive oil, sunflower seeds, lemon juice and salt. We like to add a few scoops to our cooking pot just after turning off the heat, adding flavor to any meal. Pesto is also delicious mixed into omelettes, pasta, pot pies, rice, mashed potatoes.
