Reddish/pink potatoes – a variety called “Terra Rosa”. Very creamy and nice.

About 2 lbs per unit. Grown by our friend John Wood!

He grows potatoes with minimal pesticides (most years he has to spray some of the potato plants for potato beetle with a foliar spray) at his farm in Millbrook, and can be found with many more varieties of potatoes at the downtown peterborough farmer’s market.
