Farm Credits

You can buy 500 farm credits for $400.

The farm credits work just like a gift card, except you’re getting $100 more of veggies! So it effectively gives you a 20% discount on everything you buy, until the farm credits run out.

To get farm credits, just contact me by email, text, or in person.

If you do, please pay $400 with cash or an e-transfer to fieldsfarmstead@gmail.com, and then I’ll manually add 500 credits directly to your account. Thanks!

Explanation

These farm credits are the upgraded version of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model. With a CSA, people would “invest” a bunch of money to a local farm in the spring, and receive a “share” of veggies every week of the harvest season. But this typically included not having any choice over what you get, and being required to take veggies every week or forfeit your share.

The farm credits are better. You can invest in a super-cool local farm, and receive a nice discount for doing so. But you can still choose what you want, how much you want, and when you want it. That’s why I say it’s like a gift card, but better! And the website keeps track of everything.

So again, if you want to buy 500 credits for $400, just send me an email and let me know! I’ll add the credits to your account upon receiving payment.
