Field’s Farmstead Membership Agreement for 2025

Welcome! This agreement is for those who would like to join our Farm Membership and get vegetables, eggs, and other items through our regular emails.

We use the best and most natural farming practices available to us. We never use pesticides of any kind, ever! — not even “organically approved” ones commonly used in industrial organic farming. If you’re curious about how we grow our food, feel free to check out our website, videos, or chat with me directly.

Our Values

Field’s Farmstead is a private farm community rooted in spiritual care for the Earth and living in right relationship with nature. We grow and share food as an expression of these values, not as a commercial business.

The money we receive helps cover the cost of growing and sharing food. This is not a public sale, but a spiritual tradition of care, similar to how churches share bread and wine as part of their faith.

By joining us, you agree to engage in a spirit of respect, care, and goodwill, understanding this as a friendly relationship, not a customer contract. You agree not to use the government, courts, or lawyers against us or anyone involved here. This is like sharing food with friends and neighbors, not buying from a store.

If any courts, governments, corporations, or lawyers use their power to interfere with us, our farm, or our mission to grow and share healthy, clean food, they violate our rights, their duty to respect freedom of religion and expression, and their promise to recognize the supremacy of God. We keep all our rights and reject all legal trickery and evil in our space, in the name of the Creator.

Potlucks

We host casual potlucks occasionally during the warm season. This is a chance to share food, make friends, and enjoy the farm together.

You’ll hear about upcoming potlucks through our regular emails.

Please bring your own plates, cups, cutlery, chairs, and anything else you need to be comfortable.

These visits are also a great time to see the farm in person, ask questions, and to see where your food comes from.

Leaving

If you ever want to leave the membership and stop getting the emails, just let me know. I’ll remove you from the list and remove all your data from the website as best as I can.

By completing this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to everything laid out above. 

The first planned week for pick-up is Jun 20, 2025. You’ll get the first weekly email and you can choose your first share.
