Description

Garlic scapes are the flowering stems from garlic plants. Amazing garlicky taste, and no need to peel anything. Just cut em up and use em like fresh, delicious garlic! Really good stir fried, or chopped up and added to hamburger or eggs.

The scapes are picked off to encourage the garlic plants to keep sending energy to the bulbs. They are super abundant for this short window of time, and we use the surplus to make pesto.
