Our fresh garlic! We are just gonna start harvesting it this Thursday when it’s not rainy and I have time.

We grow a variety of garlic called Music garlic:

• Large bulbs – typically 4–7 big cloves per bulb.

• Flavor – strong, rich, slightly spicy when raw, mellow and sweet when roasted.

When you get your garlic, it will still have its long stem attached. This stem normally gets cut a month or 2 after harvest, when all the juices have gone into the bulb. So just store your garlic with its stem attached in an airy place (like your kitchen counter) and it will last for months and months!
