Our fresh garlic! We had a great garlic crop this year despite the dry weather.

We grow a variety of garlic called Music garlic:

• Large bulbs – typically 4–7 big cloves per bulb.

• Flavor – strong, rich, slightly spicy when raw, mellow and sweet when roasted.
