Napa cabbage, or Chinese cabbage.

We grew a few to make kimchi, and ended up with more than we can use!

Napa cabbage is a very tender and delicate kind of cabbage used in lots of Asian cooking.

Be warned that many bugs find napa cabbage very delicious, so even with good insect netting, it’s hard for us to keep bugs off. So you’ll probably have to clean it well.
