Description

Garden Sorrel is a leafy green / herb that’s really lemony and sour! Kind of like spinach crossed with lemon. It’s often used in french cooking, especially in soups, or cooked with vegetables. Young leaves are good fresh in salads, too.

The lemony taste really is strong, I like to eat sorrel more like an herb, just adding a bit for flavor, but cooking it makes it less strong.
