Field's Farmstead CSA Membership Agreement for 2025Welcome to the Field's Farmstead CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) for 2025! This form is for those who would like to join our CSA and receive a share of the fresh, healthy produce from our farm (and occasionally other local farms) through our Weekly Veggie Basket. We use the best and most natural farming practices available to us. We never use pesticides of any kind, ever! — not even "organically approved" ones commonly used in industrial organic farming. If you're curious about how we grow our food, feel free to check out our website, videos, or chat with me directly.Name *Email Address *Membership OptionsOur CSA system has improved from last year! We have 2 different membership options:Partial MembershipThe partial membership is a flexible, no-commitment option. Each week, you’ll receive the email with our available items. You can order whatever you want, there is no minimum. Then you come pick it up on your chosen pick-up day and pay for what you got. If you spend $30 or more on any given week, you'll get a $3 discount. You don't have to pay anything upfront.Full MembershipThe Full membership involves an upfront payment of $400. For that, you'll get $500 in CSA credits, spread out over each week. So for each of the 20 weeks of the CSA, you'll get $25 per week in credit, effectively giving you a 20% discount on your weekly share. If you want more than $25 of items, you can order extra and pay the difference. However, if you miss a week, you give up that week’s credit. While it isn't a guarantee, I can try to accommodate a double share if you let me know in advance that you’ll be away. Also, you will get priority when I don't have enough vegetables for everyone.Which membership option do you choose? *click to choosePartial Membership (pay each time for what you get)Full Membership (pay $400 upfront)What’s in Your Weekly Veggie Basket?Every week, you will get a box of produce from our farm. You can choose from any of the produce that we currently have in season. Choosing Your Vegetables Through the Weekly EmailEvery week, you’ll receive a form via email where you can choose which vegetables you’d like for your share. If you prefer, you can leave the veggie choices blank, and I’ll select a mix of what’s available for you. The form will be sent out every Sunday or Monday, and I ask that you submit your preferences by two days before your pick-up day. This helps me stay organized and ensures we have everything ready for you. While I’ll do my best to fulfill your order exactly as requested, please note that I can’t guarantee availability each week due to factors like weather, gardening challenges, or life challenges. Picking Up Your ShareWe have various pick-up options, for where and when you can pick up your share: Fridays at the farm, (1522 Moore Dr, Cavan) from 1pm to 6pm Saturday at the Peterborough Farmer's Market, 7am to 1pm ( 136 Lansdowne St) Mondays at the farm, (1522 Moore Dr, Cavan) from 1pm to 6pm We are also pretty flexible, so feel free to ask for a different pick up time when you need it.Where do you think you would generally be picking up?click to chooseAt the farmAt peterborough marketnot sure / otherYou can change your pick-up location any week, but this just helps to give me a general ideaSatisfaction and Membership FlexibilityIf at any point you’re dissatisfied with the quality of your share, please reach out to me directly, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. I want everyone to feel good about their experience with the CSA. You can leave the CSA at any time for any reason. However, please note that there is no money-back guarantee once payment has been made, as the funds are used to plan and prepare for the season. I also may remove any member from the CSA, but I would give you your money back in that case. I want everyone to be satisfied as much as possible.Private Membership Association AgreementThis CSA operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA).
