Description

2 lbs of Purple Daikon radish. A big winter radish, very mild and lightly sweet.

They are one of my favorite vegetables. They’re not very well-known in the west, but very popular in eastern culture, especially Japan.

Edible raw but usually cooked. I like them cooked in stews, soups, fried on a pan, or pickled.
